Unironically erasing the oxygen in a big enough area is a decent win condition. If she combines that with shockwaves/stat amps she might take this.

With some debate over discord the following has been agreed on for Eltharion's side:

• With using the Lore of Fire to supply himself(and Stormclaw) some Oxygen he could most likely get out of the range via his Acrobatics on foot and the fact Stormclaw is a very fast mount in the sky.

However, Cathleen could take advantage of the commotion and try a big sneak attack, which could deal solid damage

I should also note that due to incap only she can't throw her 6-B attack and Eltharion can't just skewer her
