In Standard Equipment, there is a statement:

If a character lacks a canonical set of equipment, their profile should make note of this. Examples of such characters would be player customizable RPG characters such as Chosen Undead, profiles detailing a type of being as opposed to an individual character like that of the Adeptus Astartes. Such characters should have their items all listed as optional, and people who wish to use them in versus threads should preferably specify what items shall be made available to them.

However, Chosen Undead's profile does not follow "Such characters should have their items all listed as optional", meaning that this example is not suitable to the guideline. Therefore, I request for modification of the profile or the guideline.

Honestly, the change should be made to the Chosen Undead since they're not following the standard. Plus, shouldn't be too hard to change it

May I ask which measure you are supporting? There are two choices: change the profile or change the guideline.

It seems like a case-by-case situation, mostly judged by canon non-gameplay statement.

By default, power ups and multiple equipment weapons should be optional, unless the user has canonical Hammerspace like Mario, Link and Sonic.
