A far weaker Mori stayed in a furnace that’s as hot as the sun for 49 days straight with no strain, was casually in the core of the sun and bluffed about its temperatures, and his body should be far more superior than Daewi and Okhwang who use strong and weak force on their body(The decay of sub atoms)

The only 3-C key Mori has is Post-Mori Jung, and even that one is "at least 3-C, possibly 3-B, higher with Martial Arts or Mori Jin Form". The form you call "ssj3" is his Miracle key, which is 3-B.

I don't think you need to only use 3c version of them, You can use Mori 3b version as well because within 4 kilometers I believe Garou can copy Mori stat, But anyway, you don't have to change it if you don't want, I'm just giving my opinion.

I don't know how good Garou's accelerated development is, but current key Mori's AD can close an 8x gap in speed, strength and durability in moments

An issue of grays or whatever was never brought up in GOH, so...The problem is I don't know if Mori can resist it. 83.6 billion Grays is a lot.

Garou's Radiation Values
He already has resistance to Radiation Manipulation, so it's useless to argue how much he can resist it when radiation was never an issue for Mori. Uma even joked that Space Radiation improved Mori's skin and made it clearer than it already was.
