Could someone please answer me why Buu Saga SSJ3 Goku is only accepted as 4-B, and isn't 3-A? There are multiple scans and statements that prove he is at least in the 3-A tier.

Like when they stated that Kid Buu could destroy The Kaio realm, which is atleast as wide as the universe:

And this alone should put SSJ3 Goku at Baseline 3-A

And if I recall correctly the universe has been stated to be infinite on multiple occasions. In the databooks (Specifically the daizenshuu databooks), which are canon to anime and manga.
And was stated to be infinite, which should, or should not be taken literally...
Even on the worst case scenario, infinite could mean just a really large number, but it's still 3-A regardless.

This is not a character rant to get DBZ Goku higher btw, I just want to know the reasons. Thank you for anyone that answers in advance.

This is one of the most repeated topics the site has had, but it's only implied he destroys the universe over time, not all at once. Not to mention, the infinite sized statement wasn't agreed and even if the body of space was infinite, there are still a finite number of planets and stars. It's listed under our discussion rules.

Damn, alright, my bad I just sincerely wanted to know what's the case and I couldn't find a similar thread that explains it anywhere so I made my own, thank you for clarifying, really thankful.
