Korosensei will not use antimatter destruction. (I don think he can even willingly activate it, but regardless)

The fight is at a beach. starting 50 meters apart.

Speed is equalized.

Both have full knowledge of each other

Um...hard to choice.

If Ika Musume have full knowledge, then she should know about Korosensei's water weakness.

She must try to throw Korosensei in sea. An I think she can do that.

Korosensei's tentacles is too weak if compare with Ika's tentacles. She can just easily grab those and throw him. and use this advantage to finish him.

Of corse Korosensei isn't the fool. He can avoid that like keep distance try to attack from far distance like energy beams, But Ika can just go into sea and hide herself in it. And find the chance to spam sea water to him for gave her more advantage.

Well... I vote Squid girl with high difficulty, perhaps.

Squid Girl has huge range with her tentacles and somehwat even further due to 4 of them wielding Anti-sensei guns.
