Telepathy and invisibilty aren't really viable win conditions, probability manipulation is with the magic book page he might not have.

EE maybe but Po has generally more win conditions and can afford to stay out of range of the Pencil.

This is starting to feel like Spongebob has no reliable wincons, making this way too one sided and getting into stomp territory, but because of the change on stomp standards, I´m not sure.

Spongebob has mid-high Regenerationn as well as type 3 and 7 immportality, how can Po defeat that? Also, on Spongebob's profile it said that he has reality wraping power so can't that be used against Po?

Type 3 is just immortality from Regenerationn. Being undead doesn't stop Spongebob from being haxxed.

Reality Warping might be something, though.
