Well, that in no way means High 2-A. It's a TV show in his world that clearly didn't happen, given that he's gone to Nickelodeon studios and Tom Kenny is a person in this world. He has no reason to dimensionally transcend it

He doesn't dimensionally transcend Spongebob, he once sent a letter to Spongebob which Spongebob recived, that shows he isn't fiction to Patchy.

Probably not? There's a difference between an alternate universe where your series is fiction and actually viewing something as fiction

Even if he can't be High 2-A, Patchy actually has a Building level feat and I'm pretty sure he can regenerate just from his head

Patchy was thrown through multiple houses in one charge before getting hit on a street pole, and was blown up with a dynamite leaving only his head. He was completely fine after both instances and all of this happened in the same episode (Party Pooper Pants). And I don't know if this will also count, but in Atlantis SquarePantis, he survived getting crushed by a giant Potty when he was shrunken into Encino

Also, in terms of speed, he briefly outran a t-rex and reacted to laser fire
