Is the Flying Dutchman naturally intangible or does he need to activate his intangibility?.
 
Yeah, he's naturally intangible. He can go through walls, the ground, and buildings (and sometimes even people if I'm remembering things right) without really needing to do anything

Danny Phantom "Ghosts" aren't naturally intangible. Fiction tends to treat these things differently which is why I asked.

I mean, Danny Phantom Ghosts are pretty different from a good part of fiction.

Btw, now that he has Non-Physical Interaction, that Bender match should be removed from SpongeBob's profile since Bender's ghost form was the only reason he won
