SpongeBob can physically touch The Flying Dutchma, as seen in episodes like "Ghost Host" and "The Curse of Bikini Bottom", so he should have Non-Physical Interaction

As far as i know, Flying Dutchman has always had natural intangibility. I mean, he's a ghost.

Yeah, he's naturally intangible. He can go through walls, the ground, and buildings (and sometimes even people if I'm remembering things right) without really needing to do anything

Danny Phantom "Ghosts" aren't naturally intangible. Fiction tends to treat these things differently which is why I asked.
