Handicaps: Speedwagon has to give the bird some time to fly out of the suit, the bird cannot fly more than 10 meters away from Speedwago

This is a two-phase fight. Speedwagon has his sledgehammer and his sharp-edged hat, and has to face the disguised Colonel Sanders, bust the suit open, AND kill the bird inside of it all in one take. Can he do it?

Colonel Sanders due to AP and Dura advantage (Small Building+ vs Small Building) and if Speedwagon breaks the suit I don't see how he'll be able to fight the bird due to it's flight advantage
