Because guns have laughably more range. And 3 times more durable gets Lol No'd by a gun.3 times more durable ain't stopping a bullet that tough. Pierce damage is a prick

Well. If both start in range of each other. I'm still going to say Hank. Being closer doesn't necessarily stop him from popping him one with a shotgun or rifle. And the AP difference isn't so large that Colonel could overwhelm. And hank having some good experience and training is helpful too. But mostly in the end, it's kinda just hank pops him a new one
