Does hitting an omnipresent character with your attack give the character some speed?

Depends on the omnipresent character. Omnipresent in a finite space? infinite space? maybe multiversal and more.
If finite, It would give range and speed based on it i guess? If infinite, it should give infinite attack speed and range(might change depending on the context) etc etc

Omnipresent in a universe and was spreading across for another timeline, space was the size of 2-C even though it was not infinite in size

if they're EVERYWHERE then logically hitting them should be extremely easy and not require any special speed, no?
