if a character A is narratively showed to be superior to character B, can i put character A above character B in overall speed? or does it work only with attack potency ?

if this is the case, i wanna see where it is said in the wiki.

Absolutely you can, and that's just the basic powerscaling. At least.

Here, go to the Powerscaling page
  • Character A performs a speed feat of outracing light, and Character B outpaces or speed blitzes Character A. In this case, it's safe to assess that Character B also has FTLspeed.
    • Alternatively, if Character A has an FTL feat, Character B is faster than Character A, and Character C is faster than Character B, it's safe to assess that Character C is FTL.

Do you mean narrative as in all the character has is that he’s the “Final Boss” but we don’t know anything else about them?

Or narrative as in Character A is “stated” to be more powerful than Character B through some dialogue or narrative box?

First one is iffy but second one is 100%

Narrative as he is stated to be more powerful or showed to be at least in the tier of another character (narrative = by statement but the character has 0 speed feat)

Yeah i see but there is something that bothers me, my character has no speed feat it's just pure statements about him on his overall narrative power, what you sent seems to me to include a speed feat to make a basic scale transitive relationship

I’d say if the statement just refers to strength then not necessarily, but if it’s in a more general sense of superiority, then yeah, should be ok imo
