Speed of Sound Sonic vs Dellinger

Sonic has more equipment, better speed, and afterimage techniques. I would give it to Sonic.

Well this should probably be speed equalized, since Sonic would blitz without it. Even though Dellinger is on the high end up MHS, MHS+ is still much faster (although I can't see the exact amount, thanks to the Narutoformus restriction).
However, I think Dellinger would win with speed equal. It was be very difficult, but Dellinger's body transformation and bloodlust will have him playing for a kill with more variables than Sonic is usually used to facing.
But like I said, with Unequal Speed Sonic wins hard.
