South Park: Wall level+ / Subsonic stats and Satan upgrade

Verse should get upgraded to Peak Human lifting strength and Superhuman combat speed, with Jimmy also being upgraded to Street level AP.

As for Steroids Jimmy, he dominated the Special Olympics, which included Cartman (who had recieved last place), so Steroids Jimmy should be At least Street level, possibly Wall level

Part 2
Superhuman to Subsonic speeds are consistent, with three calculations covering that speed range, so the verse should get bumped to Superhuman travel speed with Subsonic reactions. Verse should get upgraded to Wall level+ with 4 baseline Wall level supporting feats

More importantly, Satan should be Small Town level+, possibly Small City level with two 7-C and an 8-A feat, alongside creating / manipulating storms on two separate occasions (3.24 megatons of tnt). Manbearpig would be Town level, possibly Small City level+

A bunch of new calculations have been added to part 2 and in summary
  • Low tiers like Jimmy would get upgraded to Wall level+ with Subsonic reactions by fighting Timmy and being comparable to Nathan (Since he's consistantly beaten Nathan 3 years in a row at the Tardica camp games). He also gets Peak Human lifting strength via his own feats
  • Mid tiers like most of the cast would get upgraded to At least Wall level+ by way of twoshotting Jimmy, and Superhuman travel speed by scaling to Cartman and Butters, with at least Subsonic reactions. Also getting bumped to At least Peak Human by upscaling Jimmy's feat
  • God tiers like Satan are Small Town level+, possibly Small City level and also get's Subsonic+ attack speed via his own feats. While Manbearpig would be Town level, possibly at least Small City level+ by easily beating down and killing Satan
Nobody would scale to Satan's subsonic+ attack speed, as they've never reacted to his attacks via smoke

Less important, but here's the link for Manbearpig ripping out a guy's spine

Actually, looking at the darkness feat, wouldn’t it be better and more accurate to scale off the corpses in the pile rather then the tree?

The corpses are proportionally too weird and inconsistent imo, which is why I chose the more consistently sized trees
 
These all look fine, but is there any particular reason why the storm feat is scaling to Satan's physicals?
