Round 5! Our Champions are Akira Urabe from Green Worldz, submitted by Jackythejack! And Mister X from Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou, submitted by Ionliosite!

Speed is Equalized, This is Final Ark Akira, and Mister X's Demonic Beast is restricted

Akira is somewhat stronger then 0.01 Tons, Mister X is 0.0387 Tons

In that case Mister X will have to rely on hand to hand combat. I'll vote for the moment due to having almost 4 times more AP.
 
Unless he has some skills, that mega chainsaw is a pretty big factor. Cutting damage, better range, and bleeding a galore.

High-Low régen is also a small help.
 
Regen helps not at all. That's in his demon form. He only has Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Animal Manipulation and Power Nullification via Sound Manipulation and Vibration Manipulation, Martial Arts, Magic, Statistics Amplification, Gun Mastery in his human form.

Akira having. Range, skills I think, cut damage, plus from the looks, bleed damage, experience. Lifting stretch is also his, and his grappling hook can be of some help. Especially since it's got a decently good range. I would say Akira takes it. He can be a good amount stronger. But a person with a chainsaw, and more experience and skill in melee, plus the better range should be able to handle it.
 
Akira has shown to be pretty damn tough. It's been forever since I've read the manga but he's not stranger to tougher opponents than him, and in this final form he actually has thirty years of skill and expeirence or so, I believe. Could be a little less but it's a lot of expeirence or living in a plant infested hell where literally everything would want to kill you. Even in his tainted state of mind in his previous key he could fight two highly skilled swordsmen at once. He's admittedly kind of crazy
 
Oh yea. 30 years in that place. Skill and experience should go to him, and with a chainsaw, and range. That should be enough

No, what he said is that Mister X only has regen on his demon form. But Mister X doesn't EVEN HAVE ONE.

A Demonic Beast is an animal infused with the mana of the Demon King. So no, he doesn't have a demon form.

That's because this IS semantics. People can't even read this guy's profile right and assume all kinds of wrong things from it.
 
Why isn't the gun listed in his range

Wickermen actually have mutants that are snipers and people can react to those. I don't think a gun would be a big problem.
 
Sheer power of anime. He's still no stranger to being weaker than others such as Accacia, as she could still overpower Akira in her final form, so I don't think a power advantage is going to be too much of an issue. Also you said he'd have to rely on hand to hand earlier-

Eother way Akira should have better mobility with that grappling hook as well, and range with that chainsaw should the fight gets Yo close, and has a pretty good amount of skill and expeirence
 
How much powerful than was Accacia? Because unless she was 4x stronger, my argument still stands. (Not to mention Mister X can just keep amping himself with mana).
 
I mean there's not a statement saying "oh I am four times stronger than you" or anything so like I dunno-

That kind of stuff doesn't normally happen
 
So if Accacia is just unquantifably above him, Akira doesn't have a counter to being 4 and up times weaker than Mister X.

Bahamut and Rakudai have them. And DxD also mentions some, but not to the extend of those 2.
 
It's not handled weirdly. In Bahamut is very clearly shown that: 10x is stomp worthy, 12x is one-shot worthy, and the like.

Except a cutting weapon?

A single hit to X's chest or stomach will have him bleed out in minutes at best, be light headed and ready to pass out in far less, and definitly not capable of just fighting normally.

While being 4 times and up weaker? Yeah, no. Akira won't suddenly deal massive damage when Mister X is so much stronger than him.
 
A four times difference in power does not negate being eviscerated... at all.

You could get me the strongest man alive, and give a scrawny fifteen year old a sword and the kid would cut into the man's gut like butter as long as he knows how to use the sword.
 
Eh. A chainsaw most certainly would. A pierce/cutting weapons says lol. The durability is not so high that a chainsaw hitting him wouldn't do anything.
