Both High 7 A versions, win by death or incap. Intangibility restricted

High 7-A Soei is intangible and Touta doesn't have NPI on his profile so he can't affect him.

Would it be fair to restrict intangibility.

Edit; Did it anyway, i'll try to get match ups with others as well, if I'm going to use more Tensura characters

Intangibility can be restricted but the match won't get added to the characters profiles.

It's tough to find a good match up, especially with all the hax,i'll try to figure out a good fight, maybe being spirits, bleach characters could do something.

Touta already punched Sayoko once who is an intangible ghost.

In addition, he punched Negi whilst in Thunder in Heaven, Great Vigor, which gives them both intangibility and they fought each other with it. Making them able to touch intangible foes. But I think Touta loses because even with Intangibility and NPI, it only exists in that form to my knowledge, which doesn't last long.

If Touta Konoe's NPI is legit, I recommend a thread for additions or it would be inapplicable for vs battle threads if the abilty is not on his profile.
