As for the Riku part, if you look at the footage when he is sent far away from it quickly, a burst of light appears, hinting that he absrobed Riku respectively, at least briefly.

@Triforce He can. It's not just Reflega either. Any magic in Kingdom Hearts 2 is comboable and can be used in rapid succession. Thundaga, Firaga, Reflega, you name it. Otherwise Data Demyx would be borderline invincible since the most feasible way of killing him before watercloneGameOverlol is through Firaga Combo spam. Also he's not vulnerable between one and the other in the slightest. He can literally rekt a boss abusing the interval and combo the damage reflected with his own while abusing the "no u" window that remains even while the explosions are going off. See Data Roxas who is one of the hardest bosses in the game getting this treatment.
