Determining Broly's level is difficult because of the mystery of the time he needs to do this

But I think it's even higher, and Goku seems to be dozens of times more powerful than RSS Broly

A starry sky in the idea of night is somewhere in the thousands usually for the amount of stars. From what I searched and found, the galaxy has about 100 billion stars. If Broly is doing that over the course of just several years, that's pretty impressive and should be arguably more impressive than just a single starry sky feat.
