Hakai is ap base and xeno goku is more powerfull , so he hakai's him still.

Yes he is more powerful, even ignoring that,and using the rating, sonic is only 2-A with amps , while casual base xeno goku is far beyond that tier. So xeno goku is superior and stats and will incapitate sonic and find a way to kill him or it will be inconclusive. Sonic starts out with amps here and with amps he has a better scaling chain than goku.

How this has anything to do with Super Sonic's scaling in 2-A. It doesn't matter how strong his base here because he starts as Super Sonic here, and Super Sonic have a much bigger scaling chain than DBH

What bigger chain scaling ? not to mention the unquantifiable boost that Saiyans like xeno goku gets while fighting. So even than supersonic is only base xeno goku level if we wank him to possibly ssj4 with more wank. Even than , goku can still vastly increase is strengh with reactive power level of the saiyans.
