Okay, since Sonic's intangibility is purely based on speed and speed is equalized, it's perfectly possible for Gilded Guy to touch him. Gilded Guy gets stronger throughout the battle, especially when things turn out for the worst while Sonic is pretty much stuck where he's at... Not sure how Sonic's healing factor works, though.

To Sonic's benefit, though, Sonic's matter manipulation and force-field creation come from the same exact method if the profile is anything to go off of. Thing is, in Vs Debates, impenetrable is very subjective...

Hmm... I think Gilded Guy takes it, but it'll be quite difficult for him nonetheless.

Not how that works. Sonic can become intangible by moving at high speeds. That doesn't mean beings of equal speed can ignore his intangibility.

Regardless, from what I gathered Gildedguy is 42 megatons via scaling from Bog whereas Sonic is baseline. So Gildedguy wins via brute force.

Sonic can evade Gildedguy's attacks via intangibility, but he'll eventually have to become tangible to attack. That's when Gildedguy can just beat him up.
