I mean, Anos can move his source out of his body and just play around, Sonic wont be able to affect him, but Anos would be able to affect Sonic

He used it in a battle with Anahem, a demi-god. Anos is unpredictable. He uses anything which he wants against his opponent.

I'm probably missing some info here, but what exactly is stopping Anos from automatically repeatedly conceptually destroying Sonic?

Nah, the argument was acausality type 4, but I said that Sonic fate hax works against type 4 acausality, and Maou Gakuin cosmology for now is not better than Sonic, and Arnos NEP 2 is only to his source (concept), so, Arnos body can still be affected, however, Arnos can remove his source out of his body and fight as a Source (which is NEP 2)
