You may be right about this, JJ. I mean it seems pretty clear that Shadow's Chaos Energy is greater than Sonic's to a somewhat significant degree IMO.

Not only did Commander Walters (I can't remember what he said specifically but I'll try to dig up my memory) state that Shadow's manipulation of Chaos Energy was greater than most creatures, even with prior knowledge of Sonic's own Chaos Energy, but Shadow was able to maintain his Super form from the moment he reentered it to the point he tanked the Eclipse Cannon exploding in his face.

We actually saw it in Sonic X’s version of Adventure 2 (that was also the introduction of the concept iirc).

I think Super Shadow is the strongest even with the inhibitors, as Sonic only overwhelmed him thanks to rage (something that can seemingly amp Shadow too) and Sonic also got knocked out by the Eclipse Cannon while Shadow didn’t.

post-boot Sega was just tired of romance bs, it wasn't even sonamy, Sonic had like, romantic interests.....none were Amy really

There were a good amount of implied SonAmy moments in Post-Genesis. While most had Amy be the forefront of it though.

Also Nically is......meh, i sae them as sisters, now Shardcole? That is my peak shipping i search fan art of.......pissed that we will never see it and that it wasm'r developted

It wasn't Sonamy's fault. And Sonally wasn't ever going to be a thing in Post Boot.......i don't think any romantic thing ever would, i like how they handle Sonic and Amy in modern media, a fine line

It certainly was in Pre-Genesis (albeit that wasn't the only thing that was the result of it since Penders is present unfortunately) and in Post-Genesis, it never got any sort of spotlight compared to SonAmy and Nically being present in a relatively forceful manner.

and you have to keep in mind that they were also toxic to Sonamy fans from the begining, saying how "their ship was canon, cry about it Sonamytards", i won't defend, nor feel pitty for them, when they are the exact same

When it comes to other media, I can understand where you’re coming from here and nor do I condone what they did. My issue is specifically with just Archie regarding the shipping wars there. Since now the Archie series is done, it's over unfortunately for that continuity. With the IDW and other Main Continuity/other media coming out today, SonAmy has literally everything and even today still try to ruin SonAlly as if they believe it hasn't been through enough and wouldn't have gotten this bad if it wasn't for those toxic SonAmy shippers both in Archie and outside of Archie (and obviously Penders of course). This isn't a means of saying any other ship doesn't have their bad fans, my point here is that this whole war came about at that moment in time by those individuals ruining it for the fans of Archie even to this day. Now, we barely have anything and are left out to dry.

I believe that artist was Johnathan Gray since he's the one that drew the slap while Penders and his other cronies wrote Sally to be WAY out of character.

Nah, Sonic couldn't be in a relationship by mandate by Sega themselves......if by "Sonamy moments" you mean "Amy showing her crush for Sonic" then that is nothing but an aspect of her character that is ALWAYS present no matter the media, and i am sure Sonic never showed any reciprocated feelings for anyone in Post Boot

tbh i always saw Sonally as a "Archie Ship", as in, could only work with Archie Sonic, even if Sally appears, there will be probably no romance between the two, since Game Sonic is way too different from Archie Sonic for any of their relationship to work.....without also altering Sally that is
