I'm just being cheeky, but on a serious note, if I didn't think the evidence was flawed and I could make a legitimate case he doesn't have fate hax, I wouldn't have bothered making two CRTs about it.

Fair. If I were to describe the Fate Hax, it would be like a court case. The prosecutor and the lawyer have at it with all the evidence available but the Jury/Judge decides what to make of the evidence.
