Is this Super Forms? Because SBA has you use Ultra Sonic, and Ultra Sonic kinda stomps

The versatility of both is the same. A Super State can use all the haxs based on chaos energy already shown, because chaos energy provides what the user needs, chaos energy literally allows the user to use whatever power the energy has, just need of chaos energy independent of yours control, but of course, who controls better or has a better affinity with that energy will definitely stand out. Archie sonic only defeated archie megaman in base with help of the environment of Green Hill Zone. Those assets are useless with super forms.

Megaman had the assistance of Rush,Tango,Beat,& Eddie who repaired his Buster, proceeded to jump Sonic,& still had trouble doing so.

During the time they were in the city, Mega, with help of the other robots, did have an upper advantage over the fight. Sonic again only had the upper advantage with help of the items of green hill zone. Sonic had trouble when Mega Man was in his home world and had his Rush,Tango, Beat,& Eddie arsenal. On full foot without habitat usage, as seen in Green Hill Zone, before Sonic took advantage of the assets around him, it was a tie
I agree Sonic has far more expirence with the emeralds, but Sonic might not even end up taking the fight seriously. Mega Man took the fight seriously with sigma while Sonic joked around with Mega Man's head of how he might blow up the planet.
I vote sonic if even with his occasional toying around with megaman, he pulls the right stop on the fight at the right time. If sonic gets to cocky, I vote inconclusive.

I vote for Sonic because he knows the techniques of chaos energy better and has more experience in fights against better users of chaos wielders than Megaman, like Mogul and Enerjak(Knuckles).
