No that's it, Goku should have UI before he actually unlocks the sign transformation, imo it shouldn't be limited but I guess it's fine. I'll edit limited for the base key and also link those two videos, I'll leave the UIS and UI keys as is. So tell me when you unlock the profile.

i would agree especially for the first one as a ssj3 vs Beerus that was definitely a foreshadowing of ultra instinct (knowing toriyama that was just dumb luck)
