Is it allowed in the rules for me to take away respawning?

okay, goku is untouchable and has overwhelming better skill then Chester Chomper, both have comaprable AP aparently(idk sinse when pvz scales to 6 universes but anyway) so I will vote Goku

I still think Chester chomper has a chance as he can create a forcefield using gardens to protect himself and block goku attacks added in that using his healing and regeneration be could continue to outlast golu long enough to until he depowered then go into for the kill

Instant Transmission bypasses forcefields and also Goku probably just 1 shots through it anyways cuz Goku scales significantly above the minimum for 6 2C while Chester seems to scale to said minimum

Dumb question, but why we disregard Goku's respawning as well? I heard he died multiple times throughout the story and always returned to life

That's via the Dragon Balls it's nothing like the GW respawns. Though he can revive himself from fatal injuries like a crushed heart, Chomper can consume people entirely which makes that unlikely to be useful
Though this is still easily in Goku's favour regardless of that, since yk we're not counting Chomper's respawns
