Bill stomps like, really hard, this was true even when he was only Low 2-C. The only character from Dragon Ball who could do ANYTHING to him is Zen'o, as I doubt that even any of hte Gods of Destruction are enough above his level of Low 2-C (or above it AT ALL, for that matter) to use their Hakai on him. Let's not forget that Bill easily one-shotted Time Baby, who himself is a baseline Low 2-C.
