2. Goku transforms into Super Saiyan 3, uses Kaio-ken x100, absorbs Super Spirit Bomb, has tail, removes Weighted Clothing, wears Battle Armor, has Senzu Beans, rides Flying Nimbus, and wields Power Pole.

3. Clark absorbs Solar Radiation to limit, wears Rocket Belt, Superman Costume & Kryptonian Lenses, has Superman Robot & Supercomputer, rides Supermobile, and wields Phantom Zone Projector.

4. 1-on-1 death battle.

5. No interference or holding back.

Because SSJ3 Goku + Kaioken x100 = Dead Goku

Even if he had around 10 senzu beans, Goku'd probably only survive around 15-30 minutes best.
