1-There's no mention of Manda on his profile,which is his primary way of fighting,when opponents outclass him.Manda should be atleast multi city block level+ based on it's sheer size and the fact that it's the largest of the three sannin summons and was able to take on two of them at once.And it also almost survived C0 a city level explosion,and was alive for a min or two,which should put Manda's durability at about small city level.

2-And the Eight brances dragon god Should be atleast small city level AP and and city level durability via powerscaling,since it was mentioned to be considerably stronger and larger than any of the other techniques or summons of orochimaru.
