Some Noble Phantasm Upgrades

I'm also wondering what we should do with NPs like Beowulf's Grendel Buster or Illya's Quintett Feuer, which are both A+-Rank but only Anti-Unit.

Quintett Feuer has the feat of overwhelming Enuma Elish, so it would be the exception rather than the rule.
