Buddy most likely has quite a massive AP advantage, given that the Avatar 9-B feats seem to be the likes of "sending people flying", when Buddy stomps people capable of tanking dynamite explosions and trucks rolling at high speed into them. Could also be more skilled than him.

After going through the profiles, I also feel that Buddy should have quite the AP advantage if it's normal Sokka. But Sokka with his sword is quite skilled too and can easily slice a rock statue in half.
