What is Sokka doing in 9-A?

Sokka is 9-A by scaling to Suki. Suki is 9-A because she fought Ty Lee.
Ty lee is...9-B...without listed feats so presumably she scales to Suki and Zuko who have 9-B feats in their profile.

The one feat that is 9-A technically is Zuko kicking Sokka around, but then why is Ty Lee 9-B?

Can anyone explain this?

It was agreed the strongest nonbenders should be scaled from Zuko's boulder smashing feat that he did without any bending. Ty Lee was likely forgotten as were other nonbenders most likely.

Ty Lee's stats should have been changed to 9-A alongside Suki, Azami, and Tokuga. I forgot to apply the change to their profiles

Ty Lee would be 9-A due to fighting the Avatar crew and harming Azula via pressure points (who scales to Zuko / Iroh)
