We have 3 pages for Raziel in the wiki: one for Anima, one for Tokyo Babel, and one for Legacy of Kain. So we don't have a page for that unless it is named differently.
Apparently, it is via scaling to Krishna due to him being Vishnu's avatar.

This is stupid. Krishna from SMT IV Apocalypse shouldn't be scaled to Vishnu. They have wildly different feats that aren't compatible.
