I think his intelligence should be "Unclear, Possibly Average at his peak"

Well, I'm not sure if those would really count much for his intelligence. You can be severely crippled in basic functions while being excellent at a specific set of mental abilities. If there's reason to doubt that he's average (going by the profile, he acts like a child?) then the few things that he demonstrates to know probably doesn't change that.

If that's the reason they say he is below average. I don't think acting like a child makes someone stupid. Being childish and being stupid are two very different things. Example. Mr. Bea is extremely childish. His creator even described him to be just a child in an adults body. But there's no doubt that the man is smart.

Well yeah, it depends on the details. I'm not too familiar with the characters, so I assumed his child-like actions lended themselves towards him being below average in intelligence.

Intelligence: Unclear, Possibly Average at his peak (He has shown he can speak other languages, play the flute, and he can make hats, but his insanity makes it hard to properly scale his intelligence)

Hmm, I'd have to look into this myself, but I suppose this is okay.

Though, Dargoo does have a good point about his actions seeming very below average in terms of intelligence. Again, though, I want to investigate this myself.
