So, Isaac Clarke's speed section reads as follows:
At least Average Human while on foot, at least Subsonic while using his RIG's thrusters in Zero-G (Slightly faster than a Bullet Train in the future), Supersonic+ reactions (Can react to powerful weapons and even gunfire to some extent. Can react to Twitcher. Dodged Danik's bullet at point-blank range. Can react to and dodge fire from Plasma Cutters, as well as normal firearms), Subsonic to Supersonic+ attack speed with weapons
This covers everything he has in his arsenal with the exception of one thing: The Contact Beam
The Contact Beam, which is officially titled the C99 Supercollider Contact Beam, is a miniaturized Particle Supercollider. Supercolliders, also known as Particle Accelerators, accelerate small particles to at least 10% the speed of light, with higher end Supercolliders accelerators sending particles to around 99.7% the speed of light.
Given this information, The Contact Beam should have a similar attack speed to at least the lowest end of a Particle Accelerators. So, Isaac's speed section should be revised to state:
At least Average Human while on foot, at least Subsonic while using his RIG's thrusters in Zero-G (Slightly faster than a Bullet Train in the future), Supersonic+ reactions (Can react to powerful weapons and even gunfire to some extent. Can react to Twitcher. Dodged Danik's bullet at point-blank range. Can react to and dodge fire from Plasma Cutters, as well as normal firearms), Subsonic to Supersonic+ attack speed with most weapons, At least Relativistic attack speed with The Contact Beam (As a particle accelerator, should at least accelerate its rounds to 10% the speed of light)
(if anyone is curious, the Contact Beam appears to be a handheld Linear Particle Accelerator. Not useful knowledge, but, still.)
