small change to buggys page.

Anyway. Buggy's page lists that he can be damaged by stabbing attacks. But as we see in this image buggy can reform his feet even after spikes stab him during the impel down arc. So he should be able to reform from similar stabbing attacks.

So I think the weakness should be removed

Buggy gets stabbed
