Small Bayverse LS Changes

I've been informed that characters aren't allowed to be "Class X for being able to support their own weight", so a couple of the bayformers are gonna have to get a change in the lifting strength.

• Devastator's is going to stay the same just that it'll be because he scales above Mixmaster
• Ravage's will become "At least Athletic Human" for likely scaling above Laserbeak who could casually lift up Sam and throw him off a balcony
• Scorponok would also scale off of being superior to Ravage like he is currently
