Ravage (Michael Bay) Ability Addition.

So apparently Ravage's tail spike things have Tasers built into them.

While primarily a stealth agent, Ravage has a variety of offensive options on tap, from his spinning tail flail with 600-volt electrical spike to his inbuilt machine guns:

So he needs Electricity Manipulation added to his Profile.

Edit: While we're here, I noticed that Scorponok doesn't have Underground Mobility despite hiding underground as an Ambush Hunter being his whole Gimmick.
