Shouldn't the Legionis get Class M with Chain Bind since it works on every enemy in the game, including Final Noah Prime? I feel this has been a CRT before but I gotta make sure this is fixed. Akira would get this too since by the end of the game they're stated to be exactly as powerful and skilled as the Legionis is.

We already have a calc for the Arm Legion being Class M on the profiles and Noah Prime is even stronger than the Arm Legion, but if you want a clip of the Arm Legion being restrained then here you go at 2:31.

Since those guys are rated at class M, I don't have a problem with scaling the chain bind if it works on them.

Could either of you check this thread out when able?. It's scaling a thing called Chain Bind to Class M for restraining characters that scale to a Class M feat which you can see in this profile Legionis.
