Small Addition for the Phantom Thieves

Basically, anyone with a navigation app can enter and even drag people near them to the Palace/Metaverse, which is another reality that manifestation of person's heart. So I suggest we add BFR and Dimensional Travel for the Phantom Thieves members except Morgana. Since he doesn't have a phone or app to use but he can travel between the real world and the Palace/Metaverse through his own powers, so at least he will have Dimensional Travel.

I don't believe this would constitute BFR, since both the user and opponent would be transported. (They honestly have much better BFR from Cognitive Physiology anyways). Interdimensional travel between Assiah and the Metaverse is fine though.

Because it only works between the normal world and Metaverse, though if this would be a incorrect judgement from that fact, I'm sure Luke or someone else can correct me on that.

I do disagree with it being "limited". Dimensional Travel is simply the ability to cross between different universes (or "dimensions").

Yeah, I think it should be bot but I don't mind if only DT since BFR from navigation app is not really useful in combat

BFR is short for Battle Field Removal, referring to one opponent forcing the other outside of their area of combat for a long enough period of time that the battle cannot be continued.
