he never did, the profile and the scaling db used is a composite mess + theres some downgrades I have for it that I'm typing a blog (max ap is lower then duos calc btw) for and his speed is going to be severely slower then every mega man except volnutt which youll be seeing in the near future. geo is the one thats going to be bringing any actual competition and even then x still has a lot of hax that needs to be added + mother elf is broken

again, going to be addressed in my blog, but if you want a tldr, those are essentially just moving image backgrounds representing the theme of the cyberworld which is a consistent trait throughout all cyberworlds in the series, and lore wise the cyberworld encompasses the earth in size in literal irl distance. meteor comp also isnt even part of the earths cyberworld and is completely separate as it comes from a rocket of unknown origin from space so literally none of the feats done regarding the earths cyberworld would scale to it.

nope, the best thing he has going for him is his sheer variety of equipment granting him a large variety of hax.
even non canon feats like his manga running were blown out of proportion as the first few pages shown that it follows a similar encompassing of the earth and need to be recalced. I can't speak on the anime but both should clearly both be their own profiles and are their own seperate continuties.

Unironically EXE could potentially at least scale up with access to that since that trade does canonically exist.

In all fairness, that battle was made a year before X DiVE came out, so I'd probably consider it a battle that was correct for its time but outdated today.
That is, unless X DiVE also retroactively ended up affecting Battle Network as well in a way that upgraded it (Without using direct X DiVE scaling)

I actually have heard of the existence of arguments for the existence of 2-B cosmology that Battle Network scales from, but now's not the time. And it's not the only continuity that would have scaling like that given what X Dive revealed.

cyberspace (zero 3)s feat is not reliant on xdive which is the era of x used btw, its merely further support for an already blatant feat.
and the video just simply scaled exe wrong, so it wouldnt even say its correct for its time. (xdive also doesnt upgrade them either in any meaningful way that isnt just hax or the extra keys that all timelines are getting anyway)
