According to this, Rayquaza used Ice Beam in Destiny Deoxys. Can we put ice manipulation under his profile?

I dont think we use anything but the moves they learn by leveling up but i could be wrong...

Edit: Then again we do keep Iron Tail for Pikachu so im not sure...

Well, our Pikachu page is based off the anime iirc and Iron Tail is a pretty iconic move for Ash's Pikachu.

@Cal, not really sure. Do we base our Rayquaza profile off the anime or games?

Well, considering how Arceus doesn't naturally learn Flamethrower or Blizzard through level up, and Mewtwo doesn't learn Hurricane, I think our profiles are composited.

Also, Charizard doesn't naturally learn Seismic Toss

I can see why Arceus has those listed on his profile, though.

Him not just being able to learn any and every move is for the sake of fairness. He's literally God, and can really just use whatever he pleases, though he really often doesn't need to. Still, him using them in the movie shows he can pretty much just use...whatever.

I mean, if Mew can, I don't see why Arceus can't.

Well TM's and HM's dont really exist in the anime. Any pokemon in the anime can learn them naturally, Bulbpedia even admits this. The only moves that require outside assistance to give pokemon are tutor moves and those moves are seen rarely in the anime. Im not sure about the manga tho.

Pokemon profiles are composited so they should have any moves or abilities they've ever used in canon.
