Deoxys minor upgrade

Simply put, i want to put a higher rating for his Core's durability, since it was clearly shown to be much more durable than his main body, as show in the Pokémon Anime: M07, Deoxys took a Hyper Beam to the face by Rayquaza, which pretty much evaporated his body, but his core stood pretty much intact
that's pretty much it

I agree with this, it would at least make the durability for Deoxys at least Planet level+ due to his core surviving a hyper beam from Rayquaza i believe.
