I actually think that Slenderman takes this.
His Mind Manipulation is going to make Smaug terrified of him, and like the profile says, it can eventually take control of him. Flight is not going to be that useful because Slenderman can teleport and has Elasticity of his tendrils, that can cover an entire island, making the size of the dragon nor that much of an advantage. And Slenderman is also very intelligent and can make Smaug fall in his traps
