Story: Some time before the next/last fight, Carl whilst on World Tour finds R.L. Stine's house from the Cosmic Forces games and accidentally releases Slappy who wants to take over the world using crazy Telsa electricity. Slappy decides to test his powers on a tech company owned by Carl named MyFace. Can Carl save his company and a city from Slappy or will the dummy rule the multiverse for the next trillions of years?

The fight is in DIO's Mansion with both having Prep Time and Slappy entering the mansion first so he can sneak up on Carl easier

Slappy has all summons but Carl doesn't have his Robot Clones as they might be too powerful

Both have all Optional Equipment and Standard Equipment

Speed is equal to prevent Carl from Speed Blitzing
