Alright, a CRT on a singular book, so I'm just gonna make this snappy.

Summary change
So the new book establishes that there are many legends and stories on Slappy's origins. Both the old one (he was a wizard that put his soul inside Slappy, making him out of coffin wood) and the latest one presented in the book are just two of these stories. So we should update the summary to match that. Here is what I got so far;

There once was a wizard in ancient times, a wizard that not only specializes in magic but also made toys, mainly dolls and ventriloquist dummies. Accounts of this wizard vary from story to story, some say he was a malicious warlock that only wanted to spread misery and chaos through his magic, so he put his soul inside a doll to become immortal. Some say he was misunderstood and created Slappy as revenge on the world, bringing him to life and putting his evil inside the doll. But regardless this wizard went onto create Slappy the Dummy, putting his evil and a soul inside the doll. Slappy, while the most magical and evil of this wizard's creations, was not the only living doll made by him, as he created his "siblings", Snappy and Goldie.
Legend says, that the dummy can be brought back to life if the dreadful words, "Karru Marri Odonna Loma Molonu Karrano" are read aloud, the dummy will come to life and turn the unfortunate souls around him into his slaves. This spell just so happens to be on a card, inside of Slappy's pocket. To this very day, Slappy continues to wander the Earth, spreading chaos, evil, and fear everywhere he goes.

BFR?
Early on in the book, it is shown that Slappy can send people flying away with his Telekinesis. Send them flying until they are out of sight completely.

Afaik, this technically falls under BFR, but I'm not sure if this would be enough to warrant the ability.

Accelerated Development
This one is actually pretty good. So also early on in the book (same scans used above), shortly after being created, his magical power seemed to grow. Grow so quickly that in one moment, his magic wasn't able to hold back Koben due to his willpower, only for him to easily subdue him with his magic in the next moment.

More for "likely higher"
So currently, Slappy has a "likely higher" section for his AP, with it being said that he is the one villain who makes other villains tremble with fear, implying that he scales above the rest of the villains.

Well, it is further supported thanks to this book. With it being said that there is no villain in the Goosebumps verse more feared than Slappy.

Possibly a resistance to Law Manipulation
From the perspective of normal beings, he doesn't obey the laws of nature as he is a being of dark magic. Obviously true unless you wanna say living dolls are normal. Backed up with Slappy just normally doing things that are physically impossible (Just read his profile for examples). So I think it is safe to say that he doesn't obey the laws of nature, whether that would give him a solid resistance to law hax here is another kettle of spunk, but that can be discussed if opposed.

New flaw with his "weakness"
So a known "weakness" of his is that his spell (Karru Marri...blah blah blah) can put him back to sleep. But, Slappy needs to actually hear it in order for it to work. Even a basic pair of earbuds is enough to block it out, let alone anything supernatural. So on top of being able to just ignore it, it can be completely nullified if he can't hear it.

That will be it (besides remove the recently added "Resistance Negation to Sleep Manipulation"...that is just bad. It wasn't even validated in a CRT like this one) with this CRT, have a good rest of your day m8s.

BFR is fine so long as their being sent out of the battle area (which he seemed to do). Accelerated Development should be ok but the evidence for likely higher could mean his abilities are what are scary, not that he fully scales above them in strength but I still think it's fine to add. Possible Resistance to Law Manipulation and the weakness update look ok as well.
