Flowey is ridiculously stronger than Chara and has SAVE & LOAD.
Chara's only difference is Conceptual Existence, but that won't be enough to change the outcome. Not sure if it's necessary.

Wasn't Chara harder to put down than Flowey? That was the impression I got from threads and what with Chara having 0 losses.

Well, last Cronus thread people were arguing that ragdolling without putting down wouldnt count as win. That's where I originally got this impression from.
