So normally there should be a tick box below the Followed Pages only | See all activity > part for auto-refresh but I can't seem to find it. Is this just a change or a bug?

Would like an Admin or someone who understands how the site works to check this? Is there anyone to go to?

That feature has been gone for a while now. If you keep the wiki activity page open, it just automatically refreshes after a while.

Ok, thanks. It feels like I have to refresh every second to see new activities. Is that the case?

If the auto-refresh rate is too slow for your liking, then you will have no choice but to refresh yourself.
