Raiden can use blade mode, a form that Amps his speed in that key.

Its already in that keys speed section

Blade Mode should be listed in the "At least 8-A" key, yeah.

I'd also adjust the description of the Statistics Amplification in the final key to avoid redundancy since we've no need to describe what Blade Mode does both times, a nitpick if anything but I don't think it's one anyone would disagree with.

Statistics Amplification (Can greatly boost his speed with Blade Mode)

And in the High 7-C key we put

Enhanced Statistics Amplification (Can greatly boost his both his speed and strength with Ripper Mode. Can also increase his attack power with electricity)
