Let's see, since they're at basically the same speed, Rayleigh who has Precognition in his arsenal would likely be able to better react to Superman's attacks. Especially since this Superman seems to have anger issue and is very aggressive and extremely violent. Rayleigh will have an easy time dancing around Superman's attacks

He can use his Haki barrier to repel and even reflect back Superman's attack back to him, easily so since he is slightly stronger at 2.5TT compared to Superhuman's 1 TT, which Rayleigh could widen the gap further with his usage of Busoshoku Haki.

Not to mention he can severely harm Superman's insides with Gouken, bypassing his durability altogether.

So, like Calaca, I vote for Rayleigh
